Easy returns within 7 daysof delivery — no questions asked for sizing issues. Just WhatsApp/Email us and we'll arrange a pickup.
What Can Be Returned
- Item received in wrong size
- Item received is damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Item significantly different from the product description
What Cannot Be Returned
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Items bought during clearance / final sale
How to Initiate a Return
- WhatsApp us at +91 90290 58245 within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item.
- Our team will review and approve the return within 1 business day.
- We will arrange a free pickup via Delhivery. Keep the item packed and ready.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange or refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Exchange
We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability. If your size is not available, we will issue a full refund instead.
Refunds
- Online payments (Cashfree): Refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
- COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI. Please share your bank details when initiating the return.
- The ₹49 COD convenience fee is non-refundable.
Damaged / Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please share a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.
